What Will I Study?

Master of Biology study program is designed with lecture materials and interactive and integrative learning methods based on biology's concepts and applications in managing biological resources and the environment. Master Biology Study Program develops three specializations: Integrated Ecology, Biosciences and Biomolecular Sciences, and Applied Microbiology. The Biology master study program produces graduates who are strong in:

  1. Exploration of Ecosystem Services and Biodiversity.

  2. Agroforestry Systems and Management.

  3. Interactions between Microorganisms and Plants.

  4. Aquatic Ecology and Water Resources Management.

  5. Pollution and Environmental Toxicology.

  6. Development of Biological Resources for Rehabilitation of Polluted and Damaged Ecosystems.

  7. Optimization Strategy for Global Climate Change Control Organisms and REEPS.

  8. Exploration and Development of Renewable Energy Resources.

Why Study With Us?

The advantages of the Biology Masters Study Program are that the lecture materials focus on managing biological and environmental resources following the tropical environment. Lectures that encourage creation, creativity, creativity, and innovation. Research that interacts with problems in society enables downstream and entrepreneurship.

Curriculum

Curriculum Study Program Masters in Biology, University of Padjadjaran consists of 12 credits of compulsory courses and 3 credits of required specialization courses, 10 credits of elective courses, 2 credits of research proposals and seminars, 5 credits of research and dissemination, 1 credit of research seminars and theses and publication sessions 6 credits. As a graduation requirement, students must take at least 39 credits. The curriculum structure contains the linkages between courses and graduate learning outcomes which are depicted in a clear curriculum map, graduate learning outcomes are met by all course learning outcomes.

Learning is carried out using a blended learning model that combines synchronous and asynchronous lectures.
