The Bachelor's degree in Management (BM) is an undergraduate program that focuses on the study of business management principles and practices. Students in this program learn how to plan, organize, and direct the activities of organizations in order to achieve their goals.
In the BM, students can expect to take courses in areas such as organizational behavior, business strategy, finance, and marketing. They may also have the opportunity to take specialized courses in areas such as supply chain management, human resource management, or entrepreneurship. In addition to coursework, students may be required to complete internships or hands-on projects to gain real-world experience in the field. Graduates of the BM may find jobs in a variety of industries, including finance, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. They may work as managers, supervisors, project managers, or business analysts, among other roles. With further education and experience, they may also be qualified for leadership positions in their field.

BM is accredited superior/Unggul by National Independent accreditation institution for Economics, Business Management and Accounting (Lamemba). The BM produce graduates with superior competencies in the fields of Management and Business both at the level of theory, approach, method, and principles of science and their application at national and international levels. BM is internationally accredited by ABEST21 (The Alliance on Business Education and Scholarship for Tomorrow), a 21st century organization as well as a member of Association of Asia-Pacific Business School (AAPBS).
The BM applies international standard curriculum using an outcome-based education (OBE) approach.  The educational objective of the study program based on the KKNI which is structured to meet the demands and contents of the 4.0 industrial revolution is to produce graduates of Bachelor of Management who are able to compete both nationally and internationally. Currently Bachelor Program in Management record rank #451 – 500 for Social Sciences and Management based on Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings (QS WUR) by subject.
International undergraduate students of BM can apply for double degree  in International Management Institute (IMI) of Switzerland and other overseas partner universities. Students of BM can also choose to study one semester at the overseas partner universities, experience the host country's culture, and undertake practical assignments to enhance their skills. The BM has international partnership with many overseas universities such as the University of Canterbury, New Zealand; Hochschule Bremen - University of Applied Sciences (HSB), Germany; Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico; Groupe ESC Troyes, Champagne School of Management, France; Ajou University, South Korea; University of Tsukuba, Japan; and National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore.
