Eligibility Criteria

Citizen of the priority country

Recommendation letter from the government of the candidate’s country

Age limits: up to 25 years for bachelor’s programs; up to 42 years for master’s programs (as of July 31 in the year of application)

Proficiency in English (TOEFL ITP ≥ 477 or IELTS ≥ 5.5) for non-English-speaking countries
